1. Access the Request Portal

Please submit all website changes through our dedicated portal page.

  • Why use the portal? Emails can get buried. Requests submitted here are instantly logged in our project management system (ClickUp) and assigned to a developer.

2. Give us a Subject Line

The form will ask for the "Subject." Choosing the right one helps us assign the right specialist:

  • Content Update: Changing text, blogs, or pricing.

  • Design/Image Change: Swapping photos, banners, or colors.

  • New Functionality: Adding a new page, form, or feature.

  • Bug Report: Something isn't working correctly.

3. Provide the Details (The "Golden Rule")

To avoid back-and-forth emails, please be as specific as possible.

  • Location: Paste the exact URL of the page that needs changing.

  • Instruction: clearly state "Change [Old Text] to [New Text]."

  • Visuals: If you have them, upload screenshots or images directly in the form.

What happens after I submit?

You will immediately receive an automated email confirming we have your request. Our system automatically creates a task for our development team. You will be notified again as soon as the work is complete.

Can I still just email you?

We strongly recommend using the form. While we do monitor email, form submissions are given priority status because they contain all the necessary technical data our developers need to start working immediately.

What is the typical turnaround time?

  • Small Edits (Text/Images): 1-3 Business Days.

  • New Pages/Features: 3-5 Business Days (depending on complexity).

  • Urgent/Site Down: Please mark the priority as "Urgent" on the form.
