Use the Campaigns Calendar

This article provides a comprehensive guide on using the Campaigns Calendar in your CRM to schedule, manage, and analyze email campaigns efficiently.

The Campaigns Calendar in your CRM provides an organized calendar view of all your email campaigns—past, present, and upcoming. This feature enables you to monitor campaign frequency, plan future communications, and analyze past campaign performance at a glance.

In addition to offering a clear visual representation of your campaigns, the Campaigns Calendar allows you to create new campaigns by selecting specific dates, editing scheduled campaigns, and reviewing past campaign reports.

Important Notes

  • Only Standard and Split Test campaign types appear on the Campaigns Calendar. Image 2-2-25 at 10.45 PM

  • Draft campaigns without a scheduled date will not appear on the calendar but can still be accessed via the list view.
  • Campaigns must have a "Scheduled" status to be sent.

How to Access the Campaigns Calendar

To view and manage the Campaigns Calendar:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns section in the left menu.

  2. Click on the Calendar tab in the Campaigns Overview. Image 2-2-25 at 10.41 PM

  3. Use the dropdown filters to refine your view by Month, Week, or Day, and further filter by Label or List. Image 2-2-25 at 10.43 PM

Managing the Campaigns Calendar

Setting the Start Day of the Week

Customize the start day of your calendar by:

  1. Clicking the Gear Icon at the top right of the calendar.

  2. Selecting the "Start week on" dropdown. Image 2-2-25 at 10.53 PM

  3. Choosing your preferred start day. This setting will be retained until you update it.

Filtering Campaigns by Date or Category

  • Use the dropdown filters to sort campaigns by Month, Week, or Day. Image 2-2-25 at 10.55 PM

Sending Campaigns at the Best Time

Your CRM provides insights into the optimal days and times to send campaigns based on industry and account performance. Utilize these insights to maximize engagement.

Creating a New Campaign via the Campaigns Calendar

You can quickly create and schedule a campaign by selecting a specific date:

  1. Click on today’s date or a future date in the calendar.

  2. A "Schedule a Campaign" modal will appear. Image 2-2-25 at 10.56 PM

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Campaign Name

    • Campaign Type (Only Standard and Split Testing types are available)

    • Delivery Option (For Standard campaigns, select "Use Predictive Sending" or "Manually set a date and time")

    • Delivery Date

    • Delivery Time

  4. Click Next and proceed to create the campaign.

  5. Once completed, click Finish to send or schedule the campaign.

Note: Scheduled campaigns must have the "Scheduled" status to be sent.

Editing Scheduled or Draft Campaigns

  • Only draft campaigns with a scheduled date will be displayed on the calendar; those without a scheduled date remain accessible via the list view.

  • To edit a scheduled or draft campaign:

    1. Click on the campaign in the calendar.

    2. The Campaign Overview page will open, allowing you to modify the campaign as needed. Image 2-2-25 at 11.00 PM

Viewing Sent Campaign Reports, Previews, and Resend Options

To review past campaign details:

  1. Click on a Sent campaign in the Campaigns Calendar.

  2. A "Campaign Details" modal will open, displaying:

    • Campaign Preview

    • Recipient List or Segment

    • Sender Email and Subject Line

    • Campaign Type

    • Sender Details

    • Time Campaign Finished Sending

  3. To analyze performance, click "View Report."

  4. To resend, select "Resend Options." Image 2-2-25 at 11.06 PM

  5. Click "Close" to exit the details modal.
