At Wolfpack, We Aim To Be A True Partner In Your Business Growth. We Understand That Business Needs Shift—And You May Need To Temporarily Adjust Your Marketing Efforts. Below Is Our Guide On How To Request A Pause And What To Expect For Each Service.
Pausing Your Ads (Google, Meta, Microsoft)
If you are overwhelmed with leads, hiring, or heading out for a holiday, we can pause your ad spend to give you breathing room.
- The Process: Your daily ad spend stops, but your monthly management agreement remains active.
- Why Us?: Please contact us to handle the pause. Manually pausing ads can negatively impact the platform’s algorithm and your "quality score."
- Impact: This does not change your monthly management fee, but it stops the ad platforms (Google/Meta) from charging your card for clicks.
Temporary Service Pauses (Extenuating Circumstances)
For situations where you cannot perform work for 30–60 days (e.g., permit delays or equipment issues), we offer a formal Service Pause for Ads and Social Media. This is subject to management approval on a case-by-case basis.

Note on Ads Management Fees: The maintenance fee covers the hosting of your landing pages so the account does not run at a loss. Lead Center usage will continue to be billed separately to ensure your tracking numbers and lead data remain active and secure.

- No Re-Onboarding Fees: You avoid "Month 1" setup costs when you return.
- Rate Protection: You keep your current contract rate, even if our market rates have increased.
- Seamless Restart: Your billing and work resume automatically on your set restart date.
SEO Services
SEO requires consistent momentum. Pauses are only available if you are currently investing in a website rebuild with us.
- This allows you to reallocate your SEO budget toward the new build.
- A $79/month fee applies to maintain Listing Management (ensuring your Google Business Profile stays connected and protected).
Non-Pausable Services
To protect your data and digital infrastructure, the following cannot be paused:
- Hosting: Your site must stay on a server to remain live. Pausing would require us to pull the site down and re-onboard it later, which incurs significant labor.
- CRM (ActiveCampaign): If the subscription lapses, all lead data, automation workflows, and history are permanently lost. We keep this active to ensure your database remains secure.
How to Request a Pause
All requests must be submitted in writing. To ensure your account is handled correctly, please follow these requirements:
- Where to Send: Email support@wolfpackadvising.com (preferred) or your dedicated specialist.
- Notice Period: All pause requests must be submitted at least one full work week (5 business days) prior to your next billing cycle.
- What to Include:
1. The reason for the pause.
2. Your requested restart date (30 or 60 days out).
Note: A confirmed restart date is required. If you are unsure when you can resume, a pause is not an option, and we can discuss alternative solutions for your account.
