What The Video To Learn More

Retention automations help incentivize agents to continue working with you by providing timely rewards and acknowledgments.

Accessing Retention Automations

Retention automations can be found under the "Automations" section. To locate these automations, search for automations using "(milestone)" as your search query. This will display approximately six different automations, each linked to specific inspection counts.

Understanding the Inspection Count Automations

Each automation is triggered when an agent reaches a particular inspection milestone. These automations are designed to reward agents as they achieve certain inspection counts. Let’s explore the details of these automations:

Second Inspection Automation

1. Trigger: The automation starts when the number of inspections as a BA lifetime changes to two. This means it triggers only when the inspection count is updated to two.

2. Wait Step: The automation waits until the next day, specifically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, to ensure emails are sent during the daytime.

3. Send Email: An email is sent to the agent. The email content is pre-filled with information and branding but can be customized.

4. Wait and Goal Steps: The automation waits for 60 days and sets a goal for the agent to complete a third inspection. The goal step jumps to this action when the number of inspections as a BA lifetime reaches three.

Customizing Rewards for Different Milestones

Each automation for different inspection counts (e.g., 5th and 10th inspections) follows a similar structure but can be customized to deliver specific rewards:

1. 5th Inspection: Consider sending an SMS message. Use the internal SMS system or explore other SMS-sending options.

2. 10th Inspection: Send a postcard using integrations such as PostcardMania or Handwrytten. Contact the support team for assistance with setting up these integrations.

Sending Notifications and Rewards

For higher inspection counts, it’s important to deliver more personalized rewards. Here are some examples:

1. Notification Emails: Send notification emails to internal team members to take specific actions, such as scheduling a personal meeting.

2. CRM Tasks: Create tasks in your CRM to follow up with agents personally.

3. Postcards: Send personalized postcards to agents using integrations with services like PostcardMania or Handwrytten.

4. SMS Messages: Utilize the internal SMS system to send congratulatory messages to agents.

1. Activation: Check the top right corner of each automation to ensure it is active.

2. Customization: Customize the messaging and rewards in each automation to fit your brand and the preferences of your agents.
