2. Start Trigger: The process begins when the tag "prospecting" is added to a contact who has never worked with you before. This initiates the automation and ensures that only new prospects are targeted.

3. Deal Creation: A deal is automatically created for each new prospect. The deal title is the contact's full name, and the initial deal value is set at $500. This value is updated with the inspection fee once an inspection is completed.

4. Task Assignments: Various tasks are assigned throughout the automation. The first task involves finding the agents on social media and interacting with them. Following this, a series of touchpoints are scheduled, including social media interactions, emails, and cold calls.

5. Cold Call Tracking: Custom fields in the CRM track the outcomes of cold calls. After each call, the caller records the result, whether it went well, left a voicemail, or requires a retry.

6. Conditional Branches: The automation includes conditional branches to manage different outcomes of the initial cold call. If the call goes well, the contact is moved to the "in contact" stage. If not, follow-up tasks are scheduled until successful contact is made.

7. Follow-Up and Looping: The automation includes a series of follow-up tasks to ensure consistent contact with the prospect. If a prospect is contacted 20 times without a response, they are moved to a follow-up stage and monitored for six months.

8. Inspection Completion: If a prospect completes an inspection, the deal is marked as won, and the contact is removed from the follow-up stage. This ensures accurate tracking of successful conversions.

9. Reporting and Monitoring: The automation provides detailed reporting to monitor performance. You can view assigned tasks, completed tasks, and overall sales performance. The goal reports show how many contacts met the prospecting conversion step, providing clear insights into the effectiveness of the automation.
