Managing multiple campaigns effectively is crucial for any marketing strategy. Labels provide a versatile tool to organize campaigns by topics, audiences, or purposes, offering flexibility beyond traditional folder structures. Here’s how you can leverage labels to streamline your campaign management process:

What are Labels?

Labels are keywords that you can apply to campaigns to categorize them based on various criteria such as re-engagement, promotions, seasonal, or any custom category relevant to your marketing needs. Unlike folders, labels offer the flexibility of assigning multiple labels to a single campaign, ensuring comprehensive categorization.

How to Create a New Campaign Label

1. Navigate to the Campaigns Overview Page:
   - Access the Campaigns overview where you manage your marketing initiatives.


2. Select Campaigns for Labeling:
   - Choose the campaigns you want to categorize by selecting the checkbox next to each.

3. Add or Remove Labels:
   - Click on the "Add/remove labels" dropdown that appears after selecting campaigns.

4. Create a New Label:
   - Opt to "Create New Label" from the dropdown options.
   - Enter the label name and choose a color to visually distinguish it.

5. Apply the New Label:
   - Once created, the new label will be applied to the selected campaigns immediately.

In addition, the new label will be available for future use and will appear in the Label dropdown located at the top of the page:

How to Add Labels to Existing Campaigns

1. Select Campaigns:
   - From the Campaigns overview page, choose the campaigns you wish to label.

2. Apply Existing Labels:
   - Click on the label dropdown that appears.
   - Select the existing label(s) you want to assign to the campaigns.

How to Remove Labels from Campaigns

1. Remove Labels:
   - To remove a label from a campaign, locate the campaign in the overview.
   - Click the "x" next to the label you wish to remove.

How to Filter Campaigns by Labels

1. Filter Campaigns:
   - Use the "Label" dropdown menu located on the Campaigns Overview page.
   - Select the label you want to filter campaigns by.
   - The page will reload, displaying only campaigns associated with the selected label.

Integration Across Platforms
