OFFBOARDING: WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOUR SERVICE ENDS
A Guide To The Offboarding Process, Timeline, Billing, And What Happens To Your Accounts When Your Service With WolfPack Advising Concludes.
If you've decided to cancel one or more of your services with WolfPack, we want to make sure the process is as clear and smooth as possible. This article covers everything you need to know — from how to submit your request to what happens with your accounts, data, and access.
Step 1: Submitting Your Cancellation Request
To begin the offboarding process, you must submit a written cancellation request. This can be done by:
- Emailing support@wolfpackadvising.com
- Replying to any existing email thread with our team
Verbal requests do not start the cancellation clock. Your 30-day notice period begins on the date your written request is received.
Step 2: The 30-Day Cancellation Window
Per your signed agreement, all cancellations trigger a 30-day notice period. Here's what that means:
- Service continues for 30 days from the date of your written request
- Billing continues on schedule during this period
- Our team will confirm your final date of service in writing
Example: If you submit your cancellation on September 15th, your final date of service is October 15th.
Exceptions to the 30-Day Policy
In some cases, the 30-day window may be waived. These decisions are made by management on a case-by-case basis and may apply when:
- The situation was clearly our error
- You are switching to a different WolfPack service
- Other circumstances make an immediate end more appropriate
If you believe your situation qualifies, please speak with our team directly.
Step 3: Final Billing & Payments
Your final billing depends on which service(s) you are canceling.
Standard Services (SEO, Social Media, Advertising, Web Hosting)
- Your subscription will be canceled with an end date 30 days after your written notice
- A prorated invoice will be issued for your final billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued unless billing continued past your final service date due to an error on our part
CRM / Review Request
- CRM is billed on a separate cycle through the WolfPack Partner Portal
- Prorating is not available — you will be charged in full for your final billing cycle
- Your CRM data will be permanently deleted after your final service date
Advertising / Lead Center
- Ad spend through advertising platforms can be paused immediately upon request to stop further charges
- Ad management fees and Lead Center fees still apply for the full 30-day notice period
- A final Lead Center charge will be billed on our normal schedule after your service ends, covering usage incurred during your last month of service
Example: If your cancellation request was submitted on September 15th, your 30-day notice period ends October 15th. Once October concludes, the final Lead Center charge for October will be applied in early November.
No refunds will be granted under any circumstance unless billing should have been canceled per this policy but was not due to our error.
Step 4: What Happens to Your Accounts & Access
Advertising (Google / Meta / Etc)
- All ad accounts managed on your behalf will be paused when you leave to prevent unexpected charges. They will not be deleted.
- We will remove our access from all advertising platforms. Please make sure you have your own logins and admin access secured before your final date — we will not be able to assist with regaining access after removal.
- Call tracking numbers provided by us will no longer be active after your service ends. You will need to update all advertising locations with your own phone number. In some cases, you may need to contact the advertising platform's support team to complete this.
- Landing pages built by WolfPack are hosted on a platform separate from your website and cannot be transferred. They will be deleted once offboarding is complete.
SEO & Listing Management
- We will disconnect your listing management from our software. In rare cases, Google may request additional re-verification from you after disconnection — this is outside our control and we are not able to prevent it.
- Your Google Business Profile (GBP) is yours. We do not have the ability to delete it.
- Call tracking numbers used in your GBP and website will be deactivated. You will need to update all organic locations with your own direct phone number.
Social Media Management (SMM)
- We will remove our access to all social media accounts we are able to directly disconnect from.
- Some platforms require the account holder to manually revoke our access. Please do this after your final date of service — revoking access early will prevent us from scheduling your remaining content.
- Ensure your own logins and admin access are secured before your final day.
CRM / Review Request (ActiveCampaign)
- All CRM data, contacts, automation workflows, and email campaigns will be permanently deleted after your final service date.
- Exporting of templates, campaigns, or any content created by WolfPack is not permitted per your agreement.
- There is no data portability or transition option. If you have contact data you wish to retain, please discuss this with your CRM Specialist before your final date.
Website Hosting
- We will create a final backup of your website and store it in Google Drive for 30 days. You may request a copy of this backup.
- If you are moving to a new hosting provider, please coordinate that transition before your final service date. Our team can assist with exporting your site files, but the new host must be involved to complete a live transfer.
- If the transfer is not completed by your final date, we will send you the site files for your new host to use.
- Premium plugins licensed through WolfPack (including WPRocket, Imagify, Elementor Pro, ADA Compliance, and WP SMTP) will be removed at offboarding.
- Our access to your domain registrar account and Google Search Console will also be removed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I end my service immediately without the 30-day window?
You can request an immediate end to service, but billing for the 30-day period will still apply per your signed agreement. Management may waive the window in certain circumstances — contact our team to discuss your situation.
Will I still be charged if I ask my ads to be paused?
