Pricing Breakdown Of Lead Qualification Services At WolfPack Advising.
Overview
Lead Qualification is an add-on service offered in addition to our Lead Tracking pricing. With Lead Qualification, we go a step beyond tracking leads — we determine whether each lead resulted in a quote, whether that quote converted to a sale, and capture the quote and sale values by tying the lead back to a job in your scheduler.
The fees below go toward WolfPack and are separate from the base fee and usage charges invoiced for the hard costs of the underlying software (which are billed under Lead Tracking).
Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in Lead Qualification, clients must:
- Be active on the WolfPack Lead Center.
- Share access to their scheduler so we can match leads to jobs, quotes, and sales.

There are two ways to have Lead Qualification completed. The right option depends on which scheduling platform you use.

Available only on platforms we have built the integration for (e.g., ISN, Spectora). Through internal testing, the automated process has been measured at roughly 95% accuracy (approximately a 5% margin of error). |

Our team listens to the call and searches the scheduler by hand to tie each lead to a job, capturing quote and sale status along with values. Used for platforms where we have not yet built an automated integration (e.g., Jobber and others). |

How Lead Qualification Is Billed
- Lead Qualification fees are billed in addition to your existing Lead Tracking fees.
- Lead Qualification fees go toward WolfPack services and are not part of the software hard costs (base fee + usage) billed under Lead Tracking.
- Charges are applied per qualified lead.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to choose one method for all my leads? The method is determined by the scheduler you use. If you're on a platform we have an integration for (ISN, Spectora), you'll be on the automated service. If you're on a platform we haven't integrated yet (Jobber, etc.), you'll be on the manual service.
How accurate is the automated qualification? Our internal testing shows the automated qualification routine runs at approximately 95% accuracy, with roughly a 5% margin of error.
What if my scheduler isn't integrated yet? We can still qualify your leads manually at $2.00/lead. We're continually adding new integrations, and your scheduler may move to the automated service once an integration is built.
Is Lead Qualification required? No. Lead Qualification is an optional add-on for clients who want quote and sale values tied back to each lead. Lead Tracking/Lead Center is required for Advertising clients, however you can stay on Lead Tracking alone if that's all you need.
