      How To Send Reports Not Being Published From Spectora to the CRM

      This article describes how to send unpublished Spectora inspection reports to the CRM.

      Spectora can send inspection data to the CRM even if the order has an unpublished report by following these steps:

       

      1. Log in to your Spectora account

      2. Find the action for WolfPack CRM

      3. Open it and choose "Event"

      4. Change the trigger from "Report(s) Published to "Inspection End Time"
