How to Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Your WolfPack Data (AI Assistants)
Add the WolfPack connector to your AI assistant and ask plain-English questions about your leads, reviews, and marketing performance. Read-only, and you control who is connected.
The AI Assistants integration lets you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant to your WolfPack account. Once connected, you can ask questions like "How is my marketing doing this month?", "Which quotable leads did we not close last week?", or "Summarize my recent reviews" and get answers from your real data.
Access is read-only. The assistant can look at your leads, reviews, and performance. It can never change anything.
Before you start
- The integration is available on every WolfPack plan. Some lead details (AI call analysis and Office Rep stats) need Lead Center Advanced.
- You need an admin login for your company in your Customer Portal to turn the integration on and manage connections. Other team members on your account can see the card but not change it.
- You need an account with Claude or ChatGPT that supports custom connectors.
Turn the integration on
- Sign in to your Customer Portal and open Integrations in the left menu.
- On the AI Assistants (MCP Server) card, switch it On.
- The Manage window opens automatically. Copy the Connector URL shown at the top. You will paste it into your assistant in the next step.
Connect your assistant
Claude (web or desktop)
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the connector URL and choose Connect.
- Sign in with your My WolfPack login, review the access list, and choose Allow.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Open Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
- Choose Create, paste the connector URL, and choose OAuth as the sign-in method.
- Choose Connect and sign in with your My WolfPack login, then choose Allow.
Other MCP clients
Add a remote MCP server using the connector URL. It signs you in through your My WolfPack login, so there is no key to copy.
Tip: If you manage more than one company in your Customer Portal, the approval screen lets you tick every business you want this assistant to see (up to 25). When a connection covers several businesses, name the business in your question.
What your assistant can and cannot see
When you approve the connection, the screen lists exactly what the assistant will be able to read:
- Leads and lead stats, including call transcripts and recordings, so questions like "why did we lose that lead" work.
- Reviews and review stats.
- SEO, Ads, CRM, social, and website performance.
- Local map rankings from your map rank tracker (if you have one).
- Your published brand kit (colors, fonts, logos, voice).
It cannot see your billing, invoices, pricing, or account settings, or any business you did not pick when you approved the connection, and it cannot make changes anywhere. Each answer comes from one business at a time.
Heads up: Your results are only as good as your inputs. Close rates depend on leads being classified in your Lead Center, rep stats depend on your Office Reps roster being filled in, and social results depend on the content you share with your team. The assistant includes a note about this with each performance answer.
Good first questions
- "Give me a performance summary for each WolfPack service."
- "How many quotable leads came in this month, and how many closed?"
- "Show me the quotable leads we did not close and what happened on the calls."
- "How is each office rep doing on calls?"
- "What are people saying in our recent reviews?"
Date ranges are limited to one year per question, so ask for "the last 90 days" rather than "all time."
See who is connected or revoke access
- Open Integrations and choose Manage on the AI Assistants card.
- The Connected assistants list shows each connection: the assistant, the login that approved it, what it can access, when it connected, when it was last used, and how many questions it has answered.
- Choose Revoke next to any connection to disconnect it immediately. The person can connect again later if needed.
- Switching the card Off disconnects every assistant at once.
Anyone can also remove the connector from their own assistant's settings. Connections also end automatically when a team member is removed from your account or changes their password, and after 30 days without use.
Troubleshooting
- "Can't connect right now." The message on that screen says why, usually that AI Assistants hasn't been turned on for that company yet or the company isn't active. Ask your account admin to switch on the AI Assistants card under Integrations.
- "This connection has been turned off in WolfPack" or "This connection was revoked in WolfPack." An admin switched the card off or revoked the connection. Turn it back on (if needed) and connect again.
- "This connection covers N companies." Your connection includes several businesses. Name the business in your question, for example "How are leads for Smith Plumbing this month?"
- "This connection request has expired." The approval screen was open for more than 10 minutes. Start again from your assistant.
- The assistant says it was not granted access to leads or reviews. That permission was not available when you connected (for example, Review Requests was not active yet). Revoke the connection and connect again.
- "Too many concurrent requests." Your assistant asked several questions at once. Ask again; it will retry in smaller batches.
- The tools do not show up in Claude Code. Exit and resume your Claude Code session after connecting.
