Granting WolfPack Advising Scheduling System Access

This Article Explains How To Grant WolfPack Advising The Proper Scheduling System Access Needed During Onboarding. 

During the onboarding process, you must grant WolfPack Advising the necessary access to your system so we can set up and optimize your CRM integration effectively.

The steps to grant access will vary depending on the platform you use. Please follow the appropriate process for your system (e.g., Spectora or ISN).

If You’re Using ISN

If your business uses ISN (Inspection Support Network), WolfPack Advising will need access to your ISN account to perform CRM setup and data synchronization.

To do this, please create a new  WolfPack Advising user account and assign the appropriate privileges. WolfPack Advising should have its own login credentials and be added as a user with Administrator-level privileges to ensure we can complete setup efficiently.

During the onboarding process, you must grant WolfPack Advising access to your ISN. The first thing you need to do is make a new user by going through the procedures that are outlined in the help article from ISN.

Once WolfPack Advising has been created as a user, you can use the information in the ISN help article to determine what privileges our account will require for us to perform the functions of our responsibilities within your ISN. "Privilege Definitions"

The features we need access to include:

  • The ability to create/modify email containers, templates, and events.
  • Access to all reporting so we can download agent reports to upload to the CRM. There are multiple reports we need to pull from ISN in order to get a complete data set to give the CRM a foundation of agent/order data to start with.

If You're Using Spectora

If your business uses Spectora, WolfPack Advising will connect and optimize your CRM setup through the Spectora Advanced platform.

We require clients to be on Spectora Advanced because it includes the features needed to automatically sync your inspection data with your CRM in real time — keeping everything accurate, up to date, and running efficiently.

Granting Access to Your Spectora Scheduling System

WolfPack Advising needs to be added as a user on your Spectora scheduling system so we can configure automations, access reporting, and manage your CRM integration.

To grant us access, please use one of the following options:

  1. Contact Spectora Support — Reach out to Spectora's support team and request that WolfPack Advising (support@wolfpackadvising.com) be added as a user with Administrator access on your account.
  2. Share Your Login Credentials — If you prefer, you can provide your Spectora login credentials directly to our team so we can proceed with setup.

Either option works — just let us know which you'd prefer, and we'll take it from there!

Granting Access to Your Spectora Website (If Applicable)

In some cases, WolfPack Advising may also need access to your Spectora-hosted website. If our team requests website access, please add us as an Administrator by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Spectora website.
  2. In the left menu, go to Users > Add New.
  3. Under Add New User, enter their username and email address.
  4. Scroll to Role and select Administrator.
  5. Click Add New User.

We will receive an email from your website or Spectora Hosting to complete the account setup.
