Adjusting "Last Engaged Follow-up" Automation

How to adjust "Last Engaged Follow-up" automation so you're not notified when a non-engaged agent schedules an inspection.

Marketing automation software is great for sending out emails, but if those messages don't get opened it's like they never existed. The more people who open your email the better!

The "Last Engaged" automation will help you keep track of when a contact opened your email. If they haven't responded in two months or more, then you will be notified!

What if an unengaged agent scheduled an inspection in the next 30-60 days and you don't want to be notified by the "Last Engaged" automation because they already scheduled an inspection?

Here's a quick fix that you can do yourself.

  1. Open the "Last Engaged Follow-up" automation.

  2. Add in if/else step. (See attached image.)

  3. If you don't want to be notified if their most recent inspection was within the last 30 days, you can add a condition in the "if/else" step. (Please refer to the screenshot below.)

  4. Please keep in mind that the timeframe can always be adjusted, so you can make it longer or shorter.

  5. You will not be notified if an unengaged agent schedules an inspection within the specified time frame. However, if an unengaged agent has not scheduled any inspections in a given time period, you will be notified so that you can contact this agent.
